Harvard University has not defined an institutional policy regarding base salaries for postdoctoral fellows.  However, suggested rates have been implemented at the Harvard Medical School (see below), and in many cases life and physical sciences departments across the University use the NIH salary matrix as a general guide.  Please check with the Academic Affairs unit of your School for the most current information on postdoctoral salary ranges for specific academic disciplines.
